He also counsels senior executives and Boards of Directors on financial and business issues and advises Universities, federal labs, and corporations seeking to commercialize technology and protect their IP rights.
With more than 25 years in the corporate M&A industry, Victor is recognized as one of the leading practitioners in the sector. Under his leadership, SNR Denton has been ranked among the top 10 firms nationally in venture capital deals.
